Marisse Patisserie

A Rainy Sunday at Marisse Patisserie and Brickwood Café

It was a rainy Sunday, and we decided to revisit one of Cebu’s most beautiful spots, the Temple of Leah, followed by a cozy stop at the elegant Brickwood Café and Marisse Patisserie.

Just a glance from the outside and you’ll already see how Instagram-worthy this place is. The black-and-white concept instantly caught my eye — clean, timeless, and effortlessly classy. I couldn’t resist taking photos from every corner.

We ordered their house specialties, and I must say, everything was perfect for the rainy weather. Comforting, flavorful, and beautifully presented, it’s the kind of place where you just want to take your time, sip your coffee, and watch the rain fall outside.

As a coffee enthusiast and someone who loves aesthetic cafés, this place felt like a dream. I’d love to have my own café inspired by this style someday — simple, elegant, and full of warmth.

And here’s a bonus: if you’re in the mood for something more refined, there’s a fine dining restaurant just a few steps away.

I’ll definitely visit again to try more of their pastries and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere once more.

Marisse Patisserie is a must-try for those who appreciate good coffee, good ambiance, and a touch of inspiration in every corner.
