Gureum Cafe and Bar – A Hidden Korean Gem in Gaisano Country Mall

Gaisano Country Mall has always been my go-to ever since it opened. Over the years, I’ve seen all kinds of shops come and go, but lately, something fresh and exciting has arrived. Gureum Cafe and Bar, a Korean cafe tucked away in the attic-level of the mall, is now creating quite a buzz.

What makes it stand out is the view. The cafe is set against a beautiful glass wall that overlooks the city. I can already imagine how romantic and dreamy the atmosphere must be at night, especially with the city lights glowing outside.

I visited for brunch and ordered their sandwich with fries, along with a caramel macchiato. The food was absolutely satisfying and reminded me of the Isaac Toast I had in Korea. The serving size was generous, and it left me feeling full. The coffee was just as impressive. It had a smooth taste that never fails. True to Korean cafe style, the food came out fast, and the place had a cozy and peaceful vibe.

Next time, I plan to try their pastas, and if I bring a date, maybe a glass of wine too.
