I stumbled upon 보승회관f (Boseung Hoegwan) a well-known spot specializing in 순대국밥 (Sundae Gukbap), a rich and savory Korean blood sausage soup. And wow… this place did not disappoint!

As someone who genuinely enjoys liver, blood sausage, and other bold flavors, especially those similar to Filipino exotic dishes, this restaurant felt like a match made in foodie heaven. It was cold that day, and I needed something to warm me up. The 순대수육국밥 (Sundae Suyuk Gukbap) I ordered came out boiling hot, exactly how soup should be served!
