While I’ve had my fair share of burger experiences, only two burger chains have truly won my heart—one of which I’ll feature today: Mom’s Touch!

I’m lucky to live in a beautiful neighborhood in Dongjak-gu, where everything I need is within walking distance—from convenience stores to cozy restaurants. After a long work shift, I always look forward to my evening walks. It’s my me-time—breathing in fresh air, getting some exercise, and most importantly, finding the best place to have dinner!

One of my first fast food experiences in Korea was Lotteria, but to be honest, I found the taste a bit underwhelming. So, I was on a mission to find something better. Enter Mom’s Touch!

First Try: Love at First Bite!

Mom’s Touch was just a 15-minute walk from my house, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered what everyone was raving about—the Spicy Chicken Burger Meal with fries and a Coke.

As soon as I stepped inside, I noticed something fun and lively about this place. It was packed with young people! College students, high schoolers, and young professionals all enjoying their meals and chatting away. The atmosphere was vibrant, energetic, and full of life.

One thing I absolutely love about Korea is how fast food is served. Mom’s Touch didn’t disappoint! In just a few minutes, my tray was ready. Crispy golden fries, an ice-cold Coke, and that glorious spicy chicken burger—everything looked perfect!

I took my first bite, and wow—I almost clapped my hands in excitement. The spicy, juicy chicken, perfectly toasted bun, and just the right balance of sauce and crispiness made this one of the best fast food burgers I’ve ever had!
